Legato Retirement Village

As we grow older, security, support and a sense of community become increasingly important. At Legato leisure time is all the time. The village is administered according to the Housing Development Schemes for Retired Person Act (Act 65 of 1988) which stipulates that the residents in a unit needs to be 50 years or older. A compulsory medical and mini-mental assessment will be required for any new residents, whether they are occupying their own or a rental unit.

Legato Retirement Village consists of Upmarket Single Title Houses of the highest quality, Sectional Title Apartments and Assisted Living Suites with balconies. The main building is suited for all residents with ramps & elevators. 

The complex has a secure boundary wall with electrified fencing, controlled access & camera control. Minimal maintenance and reduced levies are ensured with the Facebrick finishes.
